I just had to post this.  I ate Gene and Jude's hot dogs alot when I was growing up.  I have so many memories waiting that long line for that dog.  Don't even ask for ketchup it's forbidden.  Lol.  It's such a cool story how they came up with the hot dog idea.  1946 Gene and judd were watching a cubs game at Wrigley the hot dog fell into the fries on his lap and they came up with the fries on top of the dog.  Brilliant!

If you haven't tried it I highly recommend.

My family and I LOVE Gene and Jude's!! We even had it served after dinner at our wedding for a snack while everyone was drinking and dancing!! What a drive from out here but SO worth it!
