Shed

Hello my fellow Copper Springs residents,

Right now I am looking into getting a shed for my backyard.  I have seen a few throughout the neighborhood, some nicer than others, and looking to see if anyone had some problems getting these approved in recent months/years.  Looking through my HOA book, I see that Article *, Section 11a has an explicit deny on storage sheds.  I have also heard the HOA board has been open to approving these requests in the past as long as they are not plastic.  Is this still the case?  When I bought the house it was already about the be built as a spec house and no structural changes were allowed like changing from a 2 car to a 3 car garage.  Looking to get some extra space.  Thanks.
Jason

CS one or 2?  They are not an approved structure, however they are evaluated on a case by case basis.  I would suggest you contact you management company.  In Copper Spring 1 it is Omni, they are always available to give you the info needed.
