Iv'e said it before and numerous people have echoed the same sentiment, if you have ANY type of computer or network problems, you will not go wrong in contacting Steve. He is responsive to your needs, works on the problem at your house, rates are extremely reasonable and to boot, he is a Providence neighbor.

I feel like a cheerleader for Steve's services but once again, he came out, at 6pm on a Saturday night (last nite) and within an hour had resolved our problem(s) with our system. This is for all you new readers out there (old timers know all too well about Steve), you have a problem with your system, CALL STEVE!

More kudos to Steve. We ran into a situation where we had to fire up an old computer desktop recently (XP-OS) which had no wifi capability on it as it was originally hardwired. We sent an email to Steve detailing the conundrum  and he replied the same day with a solution (no charge) which we found worked perfectly. Have a problem? Call Steve, you won't go wrong.
